“Are you saying we should start up where we left off?”

“Did it ever end for you?”

This was a really lovely love story. The emotional journey that Logan and Millie went through and the depth of their love, the things they sacrificed for their love, I felt it deep.

Although in saying that...

I used to Love Kristen Ashley, but of late her books even though have great story lines feel very samey samey. All her men in her books sound the same unless their badies and this is starting to be annoying. This is disappointing cause I loved her so much! Hmmmm In saying that I'll read more of her books.

The Baller: A Down and Dirty Football Novel by Vi Keeland

The Baller: A Down and Dirty Football Novel

The first time I met Brody Easton was in the men’s locker room.

It was my first interview as a professional sportscaster.
The famed quarterback decided to bare all.
And by all, I don’t mean he told me any of his secrets.
No. The arrogant ass decided to drop his towel, just as I asked the first question. On camera.
The Super Bowl MVP quickly adopted a new hobby—screwing with me.
When I pushed back, he shifted from wanting to screw with me, to wanting to screw me.
But I don’t date players.
And it’s not because I’m one of the few women working in the world of professional football.
I’d date an athlete.
It’s the other kind of player I don’t date.
You know the type. Good looking, strong, cocky, always looking to get laid.

Brody Easton was the ultimate player.
Every woman wanted to be the one to change him.
But the truth was, all he needed was a girl worth changing for.
Turned out, I was that girl.
Simple right?
Let’s face it. It never is.
There’s a story between once upon a time and happily ever after…
And this one is ours.

"When life knocks you down, stop and look around for one thing that's good, because there is always something. Then cling to that good."

This was a very cute, very decent sports romance...That about sums it up though!

Raw and Dirty by Violet Blaze

Raw and Dirty (Bad Boys MC Trilogy, #1)

Raw and Dirty (Bad Boys MC #1) by Violet Blaze

Release Date: 01/02/16

RAW AND DIRTY (BOOK 1 of 3 in the BAD BOYS MC TRILOGY) - a full-length novel, no cliff hanger

Make nice with the President of the Alpha Wolves Motorcycle Club.

Yeah right.

It was what my job description called for—I just never realized exactly how nice I needed to be.
I certainly never expected to find myself twisted up and tangled in the raw, dirty world of an outlaw motorcycle club … or in the sexy, tattooed hands of the man in charge.

Royal McBride is a jerk—but a jerk with a swoon worthy accent, a big bike, and big … well, other things.

I didn't think falling in love with him would threaten my life. His life.
That we'd both risk losing everything we hold dear.

The mayor's daughter … an outlaw MC president.
It's a match made in heaven … a match tested in hell.

Distraction (Underground Kings #3) by Aurora Rose Reynolds

Distraction (Underground Kings, #3)

Distraction: The great intensity, novelty, or attractiveness of something other than the object of attention.

Sven is a man who takes pride in his ability to separate himself from his emotions. He's a man who knows who he is and where he’s going in life, a man who needs no one, because needing someone, anyone, is a weakness.

His past taught him love isn’t enough.

Maggie wants the happily ever after, but has never picked the right men, or stuck around long enough, to build a forever. It’s always been easier to get out early, before emotions make things messy.

When Maggie wakes up naked in Sven’s bed, with no memory of the night before, these two must be honest about their feelings and face their fears, so they can build a future together.

Will love be enough for them to get their happy ending together, or will a threat from outside strike them down before they ever have a chance?

5 "I had no idea this kind of love was even possible" Stars on Goodreads Read from February 9th to 10th, 2016

This is the story of Sven and Maggie and yet another great tale from Aurora Rose Reynolds who certainly knows how to write an alpha male and a sassy leading lady.

I LOVED Sven and Maggie's story, and their chemistry was off the charts! I can't wait to get more on Justin's story!

This is the story of Piper and Ryker. The fourth installment in the Ride Series

Ryker can be read as a stand-alone but it's recommended that you read the other three books in the series first.

3 Ride of the heart Stars on Goodreads Read from January 25 to 27, 2016

There where a few things that bothered me though. First off, she did not go into detail on how they stopped the other club overnight! And Second it was a little boring in places.

In saying that this was a very enjoyable read and I'm excited for Cal and Jill's Story which is next up.

Faced with the truth about the past, a newly discovered secret, these former lovers will learn that if they want to have any chance at the future they’d given up on all those years ago, they will have to rescue one another from drowning in pain so debilitating it will leave them both fighting to breath.

Warning this book is intended for mature audiences and may contain triggers for some.

5 Fighting Stars on Goodreads Read: 3rd-4th of February 2016

 I really loved this story.
It’s a beautiful second chance romance and was packed full of emotion. This is one book that, while I didn’t really feel as though there was anything missing from the story, I really wish it would have been longer…it was just that good!! I loved both of the characters and they fit well together.
Not going to lie, I cried and my heart hurt at times. But I think this is what made me love this book.

Morrison (Caldwell Brothers #2) by Chelsea Camaron, M.J. Fields

Morrison (Caldwell Brothers, #2)
The sizzling-hot Caldwell Brothers series—perfect for readers of J. S. Scott and Emma Chase—hits the Vegas strip as a bad-boy gambler from Detroit Rock City shows a single mom what it means to play for keeps.

For Morrison Caldwell, life is a game of chance. A high roller with a legendary poker face, he’s the wild card of the family, always chasing the next thrill and never staying put for long. The one place that always lures him back is Las Vegas, with its hot tables and even hotter women. He’s perfectly content to live his life as a series of one-night stands. But when a parking lot confrontation with a cocktail waitress takes a naughty turn, she leaves Morrison aching for another round.

After a long losing streak in Sin City, Hailey Poe is ready to get lucky. A steamy tryst with a cocky, mysterious stranger is the kind of no-strings encounter she’s been craving . . . until Morrison Caldwell asks for more than she’s willing to offer. But when Hailey’s controlling, soon-to-be ex-husband tries to take her daughter away, she can’t afford to turn down a helping hand. In this winner-takes-all game, Morrison is gambling with Hailey’s life—and her heart.

Craving Molly (The Aces' Sons #2) by Nicole Jacquelyn

Craving Molly (The Aces' Sons, #2)

Will Hawthorne has been running since the day his baby brother was killed.

He takes the jobs no one else wants, pitches in when he’s needed and never complains, all in an effort to win back the trust of his brothers at the Aces and Eights Motorcycle Club.

Then he catches sight of Molly Duncan across a crowded bar.

He’d grown up with her, known her when she had lopsided pigtails and buck teeth, and had watched uninterested as she’d caught the eye of their high school football star.

She’d also been his nurse on the worst night of his life.

He wants her and he gets her… and it’s better than he could have ever imagined.

But Molly isn’t interested in his life at the MC. She’s got her own life as a nurse and a single mom to her little girl.

As Molly and Will grow closer, Will is pulled in two different directions.

Life with the Aces or life with Molly and her daughter.

When he leaves Molly without a word, his decision is clear.

He knows immediately that it was the wrong one.

Unfortunately for Will, a strong woman like Molly doesn’t forgive easily.

I am not quite sure how she keeps doing it. I keep waiting for Nicole Jacquelyn to write something that is predictable and mediocre,  but it hasn't happened yet. I loved the characters. Rebel stole my heart from the beginning.
I can't wait to see what Nicole comes up with next

“Some guys call, some date, and some guys, they might even get married. But, sweetheart, I ain’t any of those guys...” ~ Zeke Declan

Every girl in Galveston County knows about Zeke Declan’s rules and has agreed to them or is considering them.
Rule #1 Don’t call him. He’ll call you.
Rule #2 He doesn’t date.
Rule #3 No sleepovers.
Rule #4 Absolutely, no virgins.

When a couple friends talk me into going back to their hometown in the Bayou for the summer and challenge me to break “the best damn lay in Galveston County” along with every single one of his ridiculous rules, I’m confident that I can get the job done. I’m no stranger to men. I have five older brothers. I’m a teacher and I’m used to being around rebellious teenagers. However, Zeke Declan is definitely not someone that I could have prepared for. He’s not a testosterone-fueled, immature boy. He’s a confident, arousing, playful, and mind-melting man. But, behind that sexy charming smile, I know he’s hiding a secret. And, in order to break him, I’m going to need to find out what it is...

4 Rules Are Meant To Be Broken Stars! on Goodreads - Read from 28/01/16-31/01/16

Lurlene has come to the Bayou with her best friends to help break the Declan brothers. She has to break Zeke who has 4 rules he never breaks and is the master at not letting anyone get close to him. Now he's down with spending some serious steamy time with Lurlene, but there's one rule he won't break not even for her. I loved Zeke and my heart hurt for the little boy who was shattered and the man who doesn't know how to leave the past behind him. I loved Lulu as she was a perfect match for him. She did what he told her not to do, she fell for him and she was going to fight to get her man. I loved their story so much.
